Challenge:
Here’s a bank that has deep roots in its community. It was formed as a small, rural bank back in 1974 and has grown into a much larger organization as the community has grown around it. Today, Carter Bank is listed on the NASDAQ — but they’re still a local bank at heart. So while the brand needed to be reinvigorated, we had to make sure we didn’t lose sight of that local connection.
